Jodi was very flexible with my schedule, which is rather busy as a graduate student, and often showed me homes on short notice due to the current housing market conditions. The home I ultimately purchased was brought to my attention by Jodi after she spoke with another realtor in her office over lunch. This truly showed me that she was doing everything in her power to get me into the home of my dreams. Once we had an offer accepted, Jodi made the negotiation and closing processes very easy. Every deadline that I had to meet and materials that needed to be submitted were outlined by Jodi well in advance, which allowed me to complete tasks early and close inside of 30 days. I could not have purchased my home without Jodi's guidance. I would highly recommend her to any friends, family, or acquaintances.

Mrs.Taylor did an excellent job paying attention to my contracts making sure numbers where correct. Referred me to an excellent house inspector and was very knowledgeable on the areas. I have no prior experience with Mrs.Taylor and I recommend her to all my friends who are thinking about purchasing a house. She Answered all my questions and they didn't make me feel incompetent no matter how many questions I asked her. She was very polite and always on time for our showings. If she didn't know something she would take the time to find out and would call me back in a timely matter. Everyone was very polite and respectful even the ladies at the front desk when I came in to turn in my cashiers check.
